At PPPOA Firewise, our mission is to educate our community about fire safety and prevention. We believe that informed individuals can make a significant difference in creating safer environments.
Ponderosa Pines Property Owners Association (PPPOA) is a Non-Profit Corporation (mutual benefit domestic non-profit corporation) homeowners association in the State of Oregon. The HOA is governed by recorded bylaws and CC&R’s. PPPOA is comprised of 490 residential lots and approximately 188 acres of commons. PPPOA has a Board of Directors elected by the property owners. The Directors serve as volunteers and do not draw any salary. The Board of Directors has four officers, Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. The officers of the Board serve as volunteers.
The community has participated as a Firewise Community since 2013.
